ABOUT THE POSITION
As a project administrator, you will be a key person in the daily operations and contribute to effective workflows in the organization. The role involves a variety of tasks, including workplace environment reporting, administrative support to project managers, and responsibility for the office's vehicles. This is a broad and varied role where no day is the same, requiring structure and the ability to prioritize. Since a large part of your tasks will involve supporting employees, you need to have a clear service mindset and enjoy helping others. You will work closely with the establishment's operations coordinator, so it is important that you are communicative and have good collaboration skills.

The work is performed on-site from the office in Eslöv. As public transport to the workplace is limited, you need to have access to your own car.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
The role of administrator means that you will handle a variety of administrative tasks that are crucial for the organization's efficiency and safety. Your tasks will include:
- Strong focus on managing and following up cases in the reporting system for risk observations, where you are responsible for ensuring cases are followed up, addressed, and closed.
- Collaborate with project managers and other staff to produce statistics and ensure a good working environment.
- Be responsible for the company's vehicles, including maintenance, inspections, and damage management, as well as supporting staff in these matters.
- Assist with purchases and help receive goods and packages.
- Support staff with permit management from authorities.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previously worked in an administrative and coordinating role and thus has a good ability to prioritize.
- Possesses good system knowledge and can quickly adapt to new systems.
- Has a clear interest in workplace environment issues.
It is an advantage if you have experience working in the reporting system IA.
